One Session, Four Disciplines

An MMA practice can go from pad work to wrestling to jiu-jitsu inside an hour. Gear needs to move for kicks and knees, survive clinch grabs, and give you mat coverage on the ground. Our fight shorts, compression tops, and spats are designed to cross all of it without a change of clothes.
