The Custom Rash Guard – Ranked Edition by Roll Gear LLC lets you bring your design to life with personalized artwork, logos, or branding. Whether you're outfitting a gym, team, or brand—or just want something that's truly yours—this is your canvas to create.

Our team will work closely with you to ensure every detail is dialed in, from concept to final stitch.

How It Works:

  1. Purchase the Custom Rash Guard – Add this item to your cart and complete checkout.
  2. Design Consultation – After purchase, our designer will reach out directly to begin your custom design process.
  3. Submit Your Files – Provide artwork (logos/graphics) at a minimum resolution of 600×600 pixels at 300 dpi.
    • If files need vectorization, our designer will assess complexity and provide a quote.
    • You must approve any additional fees before work begins.
  4. Design Turnaround – Typically 1–3 business days per custom layout.
  5. Production & Delivery – 10–15 business days after final design approval. Varies by product.

Production Time: 7–10 business days

Shipping (U.S.): Typically 5–7 business days after production is complete.

International Orders: Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and local carriers. International shipments may require additional transit time beyond our production window. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs.

Our rash guards have a slightly roomier athletic fit. If you prefer a tighter, competition-style fit, we recommend ordering one size down. Please refer to the Size & Measurements chart for the most accurate sizing.

Most Roll Gear is made to order, so production is separate from shipping. Production runs about 7–10 business days (grappling shorts 10–15), then U.S. delivery is about 3–7 business days — roughly 10–17 business days total from order date. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight; standard U.S. retail orders over $75 ship free (applied after discounts, before tax). International orders take longer and are responsible for any customs duties or fees. Rush and expedited options aren’t available.

 Returns Plus

Because items are made to order, we offer one size exchange per order, requested within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Orders can be canceled free within 24 hours; after that a 20% restocking fee may apply. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
