Production Time: 7–10 business days
Shipping (U.S.): Typically 5–7 business days after production is complete.
International Orders: Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and local carriers. International shipments may require additional transit time beyond our production window. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs.

Most Roll Gear is made to order, so production is separate from shipping. Production runs about 7–10 business days (grappling shorts 10–15), then U.S. delivery is about 3–7 business days — roughly 10–17 business days total from order date. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight; standard U.S. retail orders over $75 ship free (applied after discounts, before tax). International orders take longer and are responsible for any customs duties or fees. Rush and expedited options aren’t available.
Because items are made to order, we offer one size exchange per order, requested within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Orders can be canceled free within 24 hours; after that a 20% cancellation fee may apply. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
