FAQ's
4–6 weeks from initial inquiry to first delivery, depending on order size and design approval turnaround.
No minimum order quantity. Per-item pricing decreases as your order size increases, so smaller teams and larger programs both get fair pricing.
Returns are processed following Roll Gear's return policy. For production issues such as misprints or damage, Roll Gear will arrange for replacements. Sizing exchanges may be possible depending on the product type and its condition.
Pricing is set by Roll Gear so every athlete pays the same, whether they buy direct from us or through their gym's store.
Approved gyms running a hosted team store earn a payout on every eligible sale. That payout is built into the shelf price rather than added on top, so your members are never charged extra for shopping through you. Terms are agreed and confirmed in writing before the store launches.
Yes. Patches, embroidery, and sublimated graphics can be added as part of your custom order.
Names and numbers are $3 a name, $3 a number, $5 for both — charged only for the pieces that get them, not across the whole order. Five names is $15, not $15 a head.
