Shipping & Delivery

Most Roll Gear products are made to order. Production time is separate from shipping time.

 

Production Times

Most products: approximately 7–10 business days. Grappling shorts: approximately 10–15 business days. Production may take longer during product launches, high-volume periods, holidays, large orders, or custom projects.

 

U.S. Delivery

After production is complete, U.S. shipping generally takes approximately 3–7 business days. For most products, estimated total delivery is approximately 10–17 business days from the order date. Grappling shorts, custom orders, and large orders may require additional time.

 

International Delivery

International shipping generally takes approximately 7–21 business days after production. Estimated total international delivery for most products is approximately 14–31 business days from the order date. Customs processing may extend delivery times. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other destination-country charges unless Roll Gear agrees otherwise in writing.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for standard online orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Standard U.S. retail orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, applied automatically after discounts and before taxes. Free shipping does not automatically apply to custom, bulk, Team & Unit, wholesale, hosted team-store, international, multi-address, or contract orders. Shipping terms for these orders are confirmed before production.

 

Rush Production & Expedited Shipping

Rush production and expedited shipping are not currently available. All orders are produced and shipped according to the standard estimated timelines shown on the product page and shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Tracking

Tracking information is sent after production is complete and the order is transferred to the carrier. Tracking may not update immediately after the label is created — please allow carrier systems time to record the first scan.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Most Roll Gear products are made to order after purchase. Because of this, returns and refunds are limited and handled case by case at Roll Gear LLC's discretion, except where required by law. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.

 

One-Time Size Exchange

We allow one size exchange per order. To qualify, the request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition; no odors, stains, pet hair, or damage. The exchange must be for the same product and design; only the size may change. The customer is responsible for return shipping. The replacement ships after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. If the requested size is unavailable, Roll Gear may offer store credit or another resolution at its discretion.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. After 24 hours, production has typically begun, and cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee applied to the order subtotal.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the issue, and photographs of the packaging if the order arrived damaged. Once verified, Roll Gear may provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

 

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Unless damaged, defective, or incorrect: worn, washed, or used items; items with stains, odors, or pet hair; items damaged by the customer; clearance items; final-sale items; and gift cards. Note: custom/personalized items are NOT final sale, they follow this same made-to-order policy.
