Four-way stretch fabric, flatlock seams, moisture-wicking, UPF 50+, sublimated graphics that won't crack, peel, or fade.
How It Works
- Purchase the Custom Spats – Add this item to your cart and complete checkout.
- Design Consultation – After purchase, our designer will contact you directly to kick off your custom design.
- Submit Your Files – Provide artwork (logos/graphics) at a minimum resolution of 600×600 pixels at 300 dpi. If your files need vectorization, we'll assess and provide a quote before starting. All additional design fees must be approved before proceeding.
- Design Turnaround – Typically 1–3 business days per custom layout.
- Production & Delivery – 7–12 business days after design approval.
All design communication is handled directly between you and Roll Gear's in-house designer.

Most Roll Gear is made to order, so production is separate from shipping. Production runs about 7–10 business days (grappling shorts 10–15), then U.S. delivery is about 3–7 business days — roughly 10–17 business days total from order date. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight; standard U.S. retail orders over $75 ship free (applied after discounts, before tax). International orders take longer and are responsible for any customs duties or fees. Rush and expedited options aren’t available.
Because items are made to order, we offer one size exchange per order, requested within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Orders can be canceled free within 24 hours; after that a 20% cancellation fee may apply. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
